'UCPN (M) to join CA if probe panel formed'

KATHMANDU, DEC 15 - The UCPN (Maoist) has discussed the party's agendas to be present at the meeting of High Level Political Committee (HLPC), a cross-party mechanism formed prior to the formation of the interim electoral government.
A meeting of the party's Central Committee (CC) convened at its headquarters in Parisdanda, Kathmandu, on Sunday held discussions on the agendas to be presented at the HLPC meet slated for later today, UCPN (Maoist) leader Posta Bahadur Bogati informed.
He said the discussions revolved around the party's participation in the Constituent Assembly (CA) only if the Nepali Congress and CPN-UML agree to investigate the "institutional, planned and structured rigging" that took placed during the second CA polls.
Leader Bogati informed the CC meet has summoned a meeting of the party's politburo members available in the Capital later today which will finalise the party's agendas to be tabled at the HLPC meet.
