Facebook चलाएको भन्दै युवतीलाई ढुङ्गाले हानेर मारियो :: Young Syrian girl stoned to death for joining Facebook
While you were busy liking someone's post or uploading that cute photograph of your puppy, a young Syrian girl was reportedly being stoned to death in Syria.
The incident took place in the Syrian city of Rakka. The girl, Fatoum Al-Jassem, was sentenced to death by stoning by Al-Reqqa religious court after ISIL militants took her to the court.
The court ruled that having a Facebook account was tantamount to adultery and thus sentenced her to death.
The court also described the opening of her Facebook account as an act of great wickedness that merited severe punishment.
काठमाडौं, ६ फागुन : फेसबुक चलाएको भन्दै सिरियाकी एक युवतीलाई ढुङ्गाले हिर्काएर मृत्यु दण्ड दिइएको छ । फ्याटुम अल जसिम नाम गरेकी ती युवतीलाई ढुङ्गाले हानेर मार्न त्यहाँस्थित एउटा धार्मिक अदालतले आदेश दिएको थियो ।
अल–रेक्का नामक अदालतले फेसबुक चलाउनुलाई आफ्नो श्रीमान् वा श्रीमतीसँग नभएर परस्त्री वा परपुरुषसँग सम्बन्ध राख्न चाहेको रुपमा अथ्र्र्याएको विभिन्न अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सञ्चारमाध्यमहरुले जनाएका छन् । अदालतले ती युवतीले फेसबुक अकाउन्ट खोलेर अनैतिक व्यवहार गरेको फैसला गरेको थियो । समाचारहरुमा जनाइएअनुसार ढुङ्गा हान्नेहरुमा इस्लामिक स्टेट अफ इराक एण्ड सिरियाका सुन्नी समूदायका थिए ।
