A film producer and his aide were arrested for allegedly trying to implicate actor Salman Khan and his manager Reshma Shetty in a fake shootout case in Delhi.

Hardev Singh (44), a resident of Rajouri Garden, has a tyre business in Delhi and runs a production house in Mumbai. According to the police, he hatched a conspiracy with his cousin Devender Singh (44) to extort money
from Salman and put pressure on him to do an item song in his film.
The duo were previously involved in several other cases of rape, murder and kidnapping.
