Sita Ram Kattel (Nepali: सीता राम कट्टेल aka Dhurmus) is a Nepali comedy actor, script writer, and director. He is one the main characters of the Nepali TV series Meri Bassai. He was born in Jhapa district of Nepal. His arrival in Kathmandu and the massacre of King Birendra Family were coincident. He plays the character of Dhurmus in Meri Bassai. His family moved from Solukhumbu to Jhapa when he was a child. He used to help his father in his field while going to the school. He performed his first comedy in the school and everyone liked it. So, he ran away from home to Kathmandu hoping to be a good actor and a comedian. His first successful career as an actor was Meri Bassai. There, he met Kunjana Ghimrey and fell in love with her. They got married in 2009.
He started his career from a hit comedy show called Geetanjali, in which he worked as temporary script writer. He also worked in Jire Khursani, a famous Nepali comedy TV series for a while. After that along with Kedar Ghimire and Daman Rupakheti he created the sitcom Meri Bassai. He also visited many places around the world to perform comedy. His popular caricatures include kp oli, bhuteshowr baba, khada nanda baba, khadka ji, aitay, etc. He is by far the most versatile comedian in the Nepal history.

Buda is characterized by his bad attitude and his habit of borrowing things from his neighbors. Buda likes to say "Aaile latela dyera bariko patoma puryai dinchu ani". One of his teeth is damaged, which gives him an accent.
