"Kidney taken out while Gynecologic surgery in BP Health Academy Dharan. The victim, Dil kumari Adhikari from sunsari-5, was admitted in poush 22 as she face some problem of uterus. As per doctor advice, X-ray is taken and they advice to operate her soon as the tumor is seen between uterus and kidney. and at poush 23, she is operated. But doctor told them the kidney has to be taken out while in operation only after 6 days. Victim's Family says- "kidney is taken out as the doctor neglects at operation and he has to be punished and the victim should be compensated."
३० पुस, धरान । वीपी कोइराला स्वास्थ्य विज्ञान प्रतिष्ठान धरानका चिकित्सकले एक किशोरीको पाठेघरको शल्यक्रिया गर्दा मिर्गौला नै झिकिदिएका छन् ।
सुनसरी पाँचकन्या–५ की १७ वर्षीया दिलकुमारी अधिकारी पाठेघरमा समस्या दखिएपछि उपचारका लागि पुस २२ गते प्रतिष्ठानमा आएकी थिइन् ।
चिकित्सककै सल्लाहमा तत्काल उनको भिडियो एक्सरे गरियो । पाठेघर र मिर्गौलाबीचमा ट्यूमर देखिएको भन्दै चिकित्सकले छिटो शल्यक्रिया गर्न सुझाव दिएपछि २३ गते उनको शल्यक्रिया गरिएको थियो ।
तर चिकित्सकले ६ दिनपछिमात्र पाठेघरको शल्यक्रिया गर्ने क्रममा मिर्गौला झिक्नुपरेको जानकारी उनका आफन्तलाई दिएका थिए । दिलकुमारीको परिवारका सदस्यले भने चिकित्सकले लापरबाही गरी मिर्गौला झिकेको भन्दै दोषीमाथि कारबाही र पीडितलाई क्षतिपूर्ति माग गरी प्रतिष्ठान र इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय धरानमा निवेदन दिएका छन् ।
मिर्गौला झिकेको कुरा चिकित्सकले ६ दिनसम्म लुकाएको बताइने सावित्राका अुनसार शनिबार डा. शम्भु नवलले शल्यक्रिया गर्ने क्रममा दिलकुमारीको बायाँपट्टीको मिर्गौला झिकिएको जानकारी दिएका थिए ।
दिलकुमारीको अप्रेशनमा प्रतिष्ठानका चिकित्सकहरु शम्भु नवल, विर्खराज जोशी, अमित देव, एमडीतहका विद्यार्थी निवय तिम्सिना र प्राज्ञसहितको टोली संलग्न थियो ।
प्रतिष्ठानका सहायक निर्देशक गुरु खनालले पीडित पक्षसँग छलफल भएको बताउँदै मिर्गौला झिकिएको भए दोषी चिकित्सकमाथि कारवाही गर्ने बताए ।
यो घटनाबारे इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय धरालने आवश्यक अनुसन्धान थालेको खबर आजको अन्नपूर्ण पोष्टमा रत्नप्रसाद आचार्यले लेखेको छन्।

They have written to the local Police station with their demands recently. As per The victim whom this ancient is not told till 6 days of accident Dr. Shambhu who has opera ted her told this only Saturday, after the 6 days of incident. And doctor has informed her while in operation, her left kidney has to be taken out not his fault. She has operated by the Academy's doctors Sambhu Nawal, Birkharaj Joshi, Amit Dev, MD level student Niwaya Timsina and special team.
Assistent Director of Academy Guru Khanal has talk with the victim's family and told if this is done then he will take action to doctors. Local Police tells investigation is going on and action will be taken soon. This news is published in Annapurna Post daily today in Nepali.
