In a recent interview, Parineeti Chopra said that her internationally successful singer and Bollywood star cousin Priyanka Chopra is not her role model. We wonder why?The Ishaqzaade actor features in the latest Vogue issue and has made statements that might not be very pleasing for cousin PeeCee’s ears. Parineeti was quizzed if the Gunday actor was her role model and here’s what she said, “She’s (Priyanka) not my role model. In fact, nobody is my role model. In this profession, you cannot aim at having a career like someone else’s. I could be inspired by different people for different things, but that’s about it.” She however went on to add, “Where it’s helped me is that when I am in doubt I can call her and she always has the right answers.” So has the once talked about rapport
gone kaput? Certainly seems so.
Considering that Jr Chopra is a trained singer, do we see her take on Priyanka on the singing front? That would be one jugalbandi to witness, hai na? While PC has always talked fondly about all her siblings and even has grand plans to start her own Chopra gang in B-town. looks like Parineeti has no interest in her sister’s game plan.
So then, is it now an official war between these two PCs?
