घरेलु मैदान नाउ क्याम्पमा भएको खेलमा बार्सिलोनाले नवौं मिनेटमा नै सेस फेब्रिगासको गोलबाट अग्रता लिएको थियो । खेलको ६३ औं मिनेटमा फेब्रिगासले नै पेनाल्टी गोलमार्फत अग्रता दोब्बर पारे ।
खेलको ६४ औं मिनेटमा इनिष्टाको स्थानमा मैदान प्रवेश गरेका मेस्सीले ९० औं मिनेटमा गोल गरे । खेलको अन्तिम मिनेटमा मेस्सीले व्यक्तिगत दोस्रो गोल गरेपछि बार्सिलोना ४–० को जित निकाल्न सफल भयो ।

Named on the bench for the Blaugrana's Copa Del Rey match with Getafe, Messi made his entrance in the second half with the score at 2-0.
The Argentine wasted little time making an impact, slotting home his first on 89 minutes after being set up by Cesc Febregas.
Messi then went one better in injury time, embarking on a trademark run from the right before clipping a shot past Getafe goalkeeper Jordi Codina.
